How to use

Instructions for use:
1. Before first use, sterilize all parts of the bottle and teat. This can be done by boiling in water for 5 minutes, using a steam sterilizer, or a cold water sterilization solution following the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the bottle.
3. Prepare the formula or expressed breast milk according to the manufacturer's instructions, ensuring it is at the correct temperature. 4. Fill the bottle with the desired amount of liquid, taking care not to overfill. 5. Place the teat onto the bottle neck and screw the ring on securely, ensuring a tight seal but avoiding over-tightening. 6. Before feeding, check the temperature of the liquid by dropping a small amount onto the inside of your wrist. It should feel lukewarm.
7. Hold the baby in a comfortable and upright position during feeding. 8. Place the teat in the baby's mouth, ensuring the teat is full of liquid to minimize air intake. 9. Allow the baby to pace the feeding, pausing when needed. Never force the baby to finish the bottle.
10. After feeding, disassemble the bottle and teat and wash all parts thoroughly with warm soapy water. Rinse well and allow to air dry completely before storing.
