Place the nipple onto the Dr. Brown's Options+ Preemie bottle collar, ensuring a secure fit. 5. Assemble the bottle according to the Dr. Brown's Options+ bottle instructions. 6. After feeding, disassemble the bottle and clean all parts thoroughly.

Recommended Frequency: Replace the nipple every 6-8 weeks, or sooner if any signs of wear or damage appear. Always inspect the nipple before each use and replace immediately if necessary.
