This can be done by boiling in water for 5 minutes, using a steam sterilizer, or washing in the top rack of the dishwasher. 4. To assemble the bottle, insert the nipple into the collar and then screw the collar onto the bottle. 5. After feeding, disassemble the bottle and clean all parts thoroughly.

Recommended Frequency: Replace nipples every 6-8 weeks, or sooner if they show signs of wear and tear such as cracks, stickiness, or thinning.
