Instructions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the Medela Breast Milk Pouches. 2. Open the pouch carefully, avoiding touching the inside surfaces. 3. Pour expressed breast milk into the pouch, leaving some space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing. 4. Seal the pouch securely using the double self-closing system. Ensure both seals are properly closed to prevent leaks. 5. Lay the pouch flat on a clean surface and gently press out any excess air before sealing completely. 6. Label the pouch with the date of expression and your baby's name (if needed). 7. Store the filled pouches in the refrigerator or freezer according to your preferred storage guidelines. 8. When ready to use, thaw frozen milk in the refrigerator or by placing the pouch in a container of warm water. Do not thaw breast milk in a microwave or boiling water. 9. Once thawed, gently swirl the pouch to mix the milk evenly. 10. Carefully pour the thawed milk into a clean feeding bottle for your baby.
Recommended Frequency: Use a new Medela Breast Milk Pouch each time you express and store breast milk.
Additional Tips: 1. For convenient storage and organization, use the provided carrying case. 2. Store pouches flat in the freezer to save space. 3. Do not refreeze previously thawed breast milk. 4.
