Directions for Use:
Oral Use: 1. For antacid use, dissolve 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Brum Sodium Bicarbonate in a glass of water and drink. 2. For mouthwash, dissolve 1/2 teaspoon in a glass of water and rinse thoroughly. 3. For oral ulcers, apply a paste made with a small amount of sodium bicarbonate and water directly to the affected area.
External Use: 1. For deodorizing, apply a small amount of dry powder to underarms or feet. 2. For exfoliating, mix with water to form a paste and gently rub onto skin in circular motions. 3. For soothing baths, add 1/2 to 1 cup to warm bathwater.
