Instructions for Use:

Cold Therapy: 1. Place the Thermogel bag in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.
2. Remove from the freezer and wrap in a thin cloth to prevent direct contact with skin.
3. Apply to the affected area for 15-20 minutes at a time.

Heat Therapy: 1. Hot Water Method: Boil water and remove from heat. Submerge the Thermogel bag in the hot water for 5-10 minutes.
2. Microwave Method: Heat the Thermogel bag in the microwave according to the manufacturer's instructions for your specific microwave wattage (if applicable, please refer to separate instructions). Be careful not to overheat.
3. Remove the heated bag and wrap it in a thin cloth.
4. Apply to the affected area for 15-20 minutes at a time.

Recommended Frequency:

The Thermogel bag can be used as needed. For best results, allow the bag to return to room temperature between applications. Do not apply cold therapy more than once per hour. Do not apply heat therapy more than 3 times a day.

Additional Tips:

Always test the temperature of the Thermogel bag before applying it to the skin to avoid burns or excessive cold. Never apply the bag directly to the skin without a protective cloth. If pain persists or worsens, consult a healthcare professional. Do not use on broken skin. Do not overheat. If the bag is damaged, discard it immediately. Keep out of reach of children.
