Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any obstructions. 2. Remove the protective cap from the nasal spray. 3. Tilt your head slightly forward. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the pump firmly and quickly while inhaling gently through your nose. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7.
