Directions for Use: 1. This product is to be mixed with Wella Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4% (not included). 2. Mix in a 1:2 ratio (e.g., 30ml Color Touch + 60ml Emulsion). 3. Apply the mixture to dry or towel-dried hair. 4. For first-time application, apply the mixture evenly from roots to ends. 5. For touch-ups, apply the mixture to the roots first and then through the lengths and ends in the last 5-10 minutes of the development time. 6. Development time: 20 minutes without heat or 15 minutes with heat. 7. After the development time, emulsify with warm water and rinse thoroughly. 8. For optimal results, use Wella Professionals Color Post Treatment.

Recommended Frequency: Every 4-6 weeks, depending on hair growth and color fading.
