Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and locate the string. 3. Pull the smaller inner tube out about half an inch until it clicks into place. 4. Find a comfortable position, such as sitting on the toilet or squatting. 5. Gently insert the rounded tip of the applicator into the vaginal opening, aiming slightly towards your lower back. 6. Once the applicator barrel is almost completely inside, push the smaller inner tube all the way in with your index finger to release the tampon. 7. Carefully remove the applicator and discard it. 8. The string should remain hanging outside the body. If the tampon is inserted correctly, you should not feel it.

Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours. Do not use a tampon for longer than 8 hours. Choose the lowest absorbency needed for your flow.
