Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and locate the string. 3. Get into a comfortable position, such as sitting on the toilet or squatting. 4. With one hand, hold the outer tube of the applicator at the grooved grip. 5. With the other hand, gently pull the inner tube out until the removal grip meets the grooved grip. 6. Carefully insert the applicator into the vagina, aiming slightly towards the lower back. 7. Push the inner tube completely into the outer tube until your fingers touch the grooved grip. 8. Gently remove the applicator. 9. Wash your hands again. The string should hang outside the vagina. You should not feel the tampon once it is correctly inserted.

Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more frequently if needed. Do not wear a tampon for longer than 8 hours. Use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow.

Choose the lowest absorbency needed for your flow. If you experience any difficulty inserting or removing the tampon, or if you feel discomfort, consult a healthcare professional. Do not flush applicators down the toilet. Wrap them in toilet paper and dispose of them in a bin. If you are unsure about which absorbency to use, start with Regular absorbency and increase to Super Plus if needed. Alternate between tampons and pads, especially overnight.
