How to use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the brush head. 2. Wet the brush head. 3. Place the brush head against your teeth at a 45-degree angle to the gum line. 4. Turn on the toothbrush. 5. Gently move the brush head back and forth across each tooth, covering all surfaces. 6. Don't press too hard; let the brush do the work. 7. The built-in timer will guide you through 2-minute brushing sessions, with 30-second intervals for each quadrant of your mouth. 8. Rinse your mouth and the brush head thoroughly after brushing.
Recommended frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, for two minutes each time, as recommended by dental professionals.
Additional tips: 1. Download the Oral-B app for personalized brushing guidance and progress tracking.
2. Replace the brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. 3. For optimal whitening results, use an Oral-B whitening toothpaste. 4.
