Directions for Use: 1. Tear off approximately 15 cm (6 inches) of Oral-B Satin Floss Mint. 2. Wrap the floss around your middle fingers, leaving a 2-3 cm (1 inch) section between them. 3. Gently slide the floss between two teeth using a back-and-forth motion. 4. Curve the floss into a "C" shape against one tooth and slide it up and down beneath the gum line. 5. Repeat this process for the adjacent tooth, using a clean section of floss. 6. Continue this process for all your teeth, using a fresh section of floss for each interdental space.
Recommended Frequency: Use Oral-B Satin Floss Mint daily, preferably at night before brushing, to remove plaque and food particles that your toothbrush can't reach.
Additional Tips: Be gentle: Do not snap the floss between your teeth, as this can damage your gums.
Persistence is key: If you experience bleeding, it may be a sign of gum inflammation. Continue flossing daily, and the bleeding should reduce as your gums become healthier.
