How to use
Product Reference: #48247
Directions for Use: 1. Wet the toothbrush head and apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. 2. Place the brush at a 45-degree angle to your gums. 3. Gently move the brush back and forth in short, tooth-wide strokes, ensuring you brush each tooth individually. 4. Brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of all your teeth. 5. Use the tip of the brush to clean behind the front teeth, both top and bottom. 6. Don't forget to brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing. 8. Rinse your toothbrush and store it upright to air dry.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, for two minutes each time, ideally after every meal. For optimal results, use this toothbrush with an Oral-B fluoride toothpaste.
Additional Tips: Replace your toothbrush every three months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed. For a more thorough clean, consider using an electric toothbrush alongside your manual toothbrush. Consult your dentist for personalized advice on oral hygiene practices and product recommendations. Do not apply excessive pressure while brushing, as this can damage your gums and tooth enamel. Pay attention to areas where plaque tends to accumulate, such as along the gum line and between teeth. If you experience any discomfort or bleeding, consult your dentist.
