Active Principles: Magnesium
Magnesium Carbonate, is one of the easiest magnesium compounds to take. Being virtually tasteless, it can be added to any drink or food. If you do not have hyperchloride, it should be taken with lemon juices, orange, tomato, yogurt or any acidic food.
