Beskrivelse

Honey-flavoured concentrate is a balanced blend of water, fructose and citric acid. The result is a product with a texture, sweetness and colour similar to honey, with a high energy content, suitable for diabetics but made with water, fructose and citric acid.

To make it, water is mixed with fructose and heated to facilitate its dissolution, citric acid is then added (to improve its preservation) and to achieve the same organoleptic characteristics as honey and its amber colour, fructose caramel is added. In the final stage, it is vacuum-packed to ensure stability and better preservation of the concentrate and then packaged.
