B vitamins are water-soluble nutrients necessary to maintain energy and general vitality, but they also participate in many other important functions of the body, such as the immune system, the nervous system and intellectual functions. Solgar® Vitamin B-Complex with Vitamin C provides these important group B vitamins.
• Riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6 and B12 that help reduce tiredness and fatigue and promote metabolism for energy production
• Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) which contributes to normal intellectual performance

In addition to B vitamins, vitamin C has been added to this formula. Vitamin C is an antioxidant vitamin that is essential for the body's health and that it cannot synthesize on its own. Vitamin C participates in different functions of the body and contributes to:

Allergens/intolerances:
No sugars. Without gluten. It does not contain starch, yeast, wheat, soy or dairy derivatives and is formulated without preservatives or aromas.
How to use:
For adults, take one (1) tablet per day, preferably with meals. The daily dose expressly recommended for this product should not be exceeded.
