Instructions for use
Take two (2) capsules of XLS MEDICAL FORTE 5 three (3) times a day, immediately after each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the full benefit of XLS MEDICAL FORTE 5. Alternatively, if you want a milder result, take one (1) capsule of XLS MEDICAL FORTE 5 three (3) times a day, immediately after each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
If you skip a meal, take your capsules anyway.
When taking XLS MEDICAL FORTE 5, we recommend that you drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.
Do not exceed six (6) capsules per day.
You can safely continue taking XLS MEDICAL FORTE 5 once you have reached your weight improvement goal, with the aim of maintaining your weight.
Only recommended for adults over 18 years of age. The use of this product in adolescents aged 12-18 years is subject to supervision by health professionals.
For the beneficial action of fibre on intestinal transit, it is recommended to drink at least 2L of water per day. Symptoms of mild constipation may occur in case of limited fluid intake.
