Epaplus Sleepcare Melatonin Retard Balance is a food supplement based on melatonin (1.98 mg), ashwagandha, TRP, vitamins and minerals. For the stress of the day and sleep at night.

Composition:
2 x 60 days. Tablets.
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), magnesium oxide, dry extract of
ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), L-TRP granules, stabilizers
(hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), niacin (niacinamide),
anti-caking agents (talc, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), melatonin, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin D (cholecalciferol).
Allergens/Intolerances:
Without colorants. Without preservatives. Without gluten. Suitable for vegans.
How to use:
Take 1 tablet a day 30 minutes before going to bed.
Take 1 tablet on the first day of a trip and a few days after arrival at your destination.
The tablets must be taken whole.
