How to Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the bottles and components. 2. Disassemble all bottle parts (bottle, nipple, collar, and lid). 3. Wash all parts with warm, soapy water using a bottle brush. Ensure all milk residue is removed. 4. Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water. 5. Sterilize the bottles and components using a Medela sterilizer or by boiling in water for 5 minutes. 6. Allow the parts to air dry on a clean surface or use a dedicated drying rack. 7. Assemble the bottle by placing the nipple through the collar and screwing the collar onto the bottle. 8. Fill the bottle with expressed breast milk or formula as needed. 9. Attach the lid to the bottle to prevent spills during storage or transport. 10. After feeding, disassemble and wash all parts as described above.
Recommended Frequency: Wash and sterilize bottles and components after each use. Replace nipples as needed, typically every 2-3 months or sooner if showing signs of wear and tear.
