Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the teats. 2. Inspect the teat for any damage or wear, such as tears or thinning. Replace if necessary. 3. Before first use, sterilize the teats. This can be done by boiling in water for 5 minutes, using a steam sterilizer, or a cold water sterilization solution as directed by its manufacturer. 4. Assemble the teat onto the Dr. Brown's bottle according to the bottle instructions. 5. After each use, clean the teat thoroughly with warm, soapy water. A bottle brush can be helpful for cleaning the inside of the teat. 6. Rinse the teat thoroughly with clean water and allow to air dry completely before storing.

Recommended Frequency: Replace teats every 6-8 weeks, or sooner if any signs of damage or wear appear. Always use the correct level teat for your baby's age and development.

Additional Tips: Always inspect teats before each use.
Never enlarge the teat hole as this could cause a choking hazard.
