How to use: 1. Detach one single-dose unit. 2. To apply to the nasal passages: Gently insert the tip into the nostril and squeeze the contents. Repeat for the other nostril. 3. Recommended frequency: Use as needed for nasal and ocular hygiene, contact lens rinsing, or dissolving enzyme tablets. For nasal hygiene, it can be used several times a day, especially during periods of congestion. For ocular hygiene, use as needed to remove debris or soothe irritation.
