Instructions for Use:
1. Sit comfortably with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. 2. Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, 1-2 cm above the elbow. 3. The cuff should be snug but not too tight. 4. Ensure the air tube is positioned along the inside of your arm and points towards your hand. 5. Rest your arm on a table or flat surface, keeping it at heart level. 6. Press the START/STOP button.
7. The cuff will inflate automatically. 8. Remain still and quiet during the measurement. 9. Once the measurement is complete, the cuff will deflate, and the systolic, diastolic blood pressure readings, and pulse rate will be displayed.
10. Record your readings. 11. Press the START/STOP button again to turn the device off.
Recommended Frequency:
It is recommended to take your blood pressure twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening, at approximately the same time each day. Consult your doctor for personalized advice on monitoring frequency.
Additional Tips:
1. Avoid eating, drinking, smoking, or exercising for at least 30 minutes before taking a measurement. 2. Empty your bladder before taking a measurement. 3. Relax and breathe normally during the measurement. 4. Do not talk or move during the measurement. 5. If you need to retake your blood pressure, wait at least 5 minutes between readings. 6. Keep a record of your blood pressure readings to share with your doctor. 7. Ensure the cuff is the correct size for your arm. Consult the user manual for sizing instructions. 8. Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. 9. Replace the batteries regularly as indicated in the user manual. 10.
