Directions for Use: 1. Blow your nose gently. 2. Shake the bottle well before use. 3. Remove the protective cap. 4. Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the pump completely and inhale gently at the same time. 6. Repeat the application in the other nostril. 7. After use, wipe the nozzle and replace the protective cap.
