Always wear suitable gloves. 4. Mix Wella Wp Touch Atb Emuls Plus Dev 4 1l Emea with the corresponding Wella color cream or lightener according to the manufacturer's instructions. 5. Follow the specific mixing ratio recommended for the chosen color or lightener. 6. Apply the mixture to the hair as directed by the color or lightener instructions. 7.
