Directions for Use: 1. Measure 20ml of Oral-B Pro-Expert Professional Protection Fresh Mint Mouthwash. You can use the cap as a measuring cup. 2. Rinse your mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Spit out the mouthwash after rinsing.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily after brushing your teeth for optimal results.
Additional Tips: For best results, use after brushing with Oral-B Pro-Expert toothpaste.
Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
Consult your dentist if you experience any irritation.
