How to use Heliocare 360⁰ Sport Spray SPF50
Shake Vigorously. Apply generously and evenly about 20 cm from the skin before sun exposure. Reapply frequently, especially after prolonged bathing or excessive sweating.
External use. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun during peak hours. Wear protective clothing, hat and sunglasses. Do not expose babies and young children directly to the sun.

Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle vigorously before each use. 2. Hold the bottle approximately 20 cm (8 inches) away from your skin. 3. Apply generously and evenly to all exposed skin before sun exposure. 4. Ensure complete coverage, paying special attention to areas like the face, ears, neck, and shoulders.
Recommended Frequency: Reapply every two hours, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
Reapplication is crucial for maintaining protection, even on cloudy days.
Additional Tips: Avoid prolonged sun exposure during peak hours (10 am to 4 pm).
Wear protective clothing, including a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses, in addition to sunscreen.
