Directions for Use: 1. Apply Bioderma Photoderm M SPF 50+ Blue Light Protection Light Tone evenly and liberally to the face before sun exposure.
2. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming, toweling, or perspiring.
3. Apply to clean, dry skin.
4. For optimal protection, apply 20 minutes before sun exposure.
Recommended Frequency: Apply every two hours during prolonged sun exposure. Reapply immediately after swimming or excessive sweating. Apply daily, even on cloudy days, for optimal protection against UV rays and blue light.
Additional Tips: 1. Avoid sun exposure during peak hours (10 am to 4 pm). 2. Wear protective clothing, including a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses, in addition to sunscreen. 3.
