Möllers total comes in an easy-to-use format, 4 blister packs with the days of the week engraved on them, making it easy to remember if you have taken your daily dose. The daily dose of Möllers Total consists of one capsule (containing omega-3 fish oil rich in DHA and EPA) and one tablet (containing vitamins, minerals and ginseng extract). Directions for Use: 1. Take one (1) omega-3 pearl and one (1) multivitamin tablet daily. 2. Swallow the pearl and tablet with water, preferably with a meal. 3. Follow the days of the week marked on the blister pack to ensure consistent daily intake.
