Cod Liver Oil is a food supplement with a unique combination of natural omega-3 fatty acids obtained from fish, plus vitamins D, A and E. Cod liver oil is produced from Norwegian Arctic cod, caught off the coasts of the Lofoten and Vesterålen archipelagos. It is particularly rich in the fatty acid DHA, which supports normal brain function and helps maintain vision under normal conditions**. Vitamin D is essential for normal growth and development of the skeleton in children. Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Adults and children over 3 years: Take 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily. 3. Children 1-3 years: Take 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoon) daily. 4. Can be taken directly or mixed with food or drinks.


Recommended Frequency: For optimal results, take daily as directed.


Additional Tips: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 months.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Some individuals may experience mild gastrointestinal discomfort, such as belching, indigestion, or diarrhea.
