Instructions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the bags. 2. Carefully tear open a NUK Breast Milk Bag along the pre-cut notch. 3. Pour expressed breast milk into the bag, leaving some space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing. 4. Seal the bag securely using the double zipper closure. 5. Lay the bag flat for storage in the freezer to save space and ensure even freezing. 6. Label the bag with the date and time of expression for easy tracking. 7. Thaw frozen breast milk in the refrigerator or under cool running water. Do not thaw in hot water or a microwave oven. 8. Once thawed, gently swirl the bag to mix the milk components that may have separated. 9. Pour the thawed breast milk into a clean feeding bottle. 10. Discard any unused portion of thawed breast milk.

Recommended frequency: Use as needed for storing expressed breast milk.

Additional tips: For optimal storage, freeze breast milk in small quantities (2-4 ounces) to minimize waste. Store the bags towards the back of the freezer where the temperature is most consistent.
