Check the temperature of the milk/formula before feeding to baby. 6. Hold baby in a comfortable and upright position during feeding. 7. Allow baby to pace themselves and take breaks as needed.

Self-Sterilisation Instructions: 1. Disassemble the bottle. 2. Pour 20ml of water into the base. 3. Place the teat and collar into the base. 4. Screw the bottle onto the base. 5. Microwave for 3 minutes at 500-1000W. 6. Let cool before handling.

Recommended frequency: Use as needed for every feed.
