Directions for use:

1. Before first use, sterilize the teats. This can be done by boiling in water for 5 minutes, using a steam sterilizer, or a cold water sterilization solution. 2. Ensure the teat is securely attached to a compatible NUK First Choice bottle. 3. Before each use, visually inspect the teat for any signs of wear or damage, such as tears or cracks. Replace immediately if any damage is found. 4. After each use, wash the teat thoroughly in warm soapy water and rinse well. A bottle brush can be used to clean the inside of the teat. 5. Allow to air dry completely before storing.

Recommended frequency:

Replace teats every 1-2 months, or sooner if signs of wear or damage appear. Always replace the teat if it becomes sticky, discoloured, or develops an unpleasant odour.
