How to use: 1. Remove the disposable absorbent disc from the individual packaging. 2. Peel off the adhesive backing strip. 3. Center the disc over your nipple, ensuring the absorbent side is facing your skin. 4. Smooth the edges of the disc against your bra to secure it in place.
Recommended frequency: Change the discs as needed, when they become saturated with milk. This may vary from person to person. Do not reuse disposable discs.
Additional tips: For optimal comfort and hygiene, change the discs regularly, even if they are not fully saturated. Do not flush used discs. Dispose of them in a waste bin. These discs are designed for low to moderate milk leakage. If you are experiencing heavier leakage, consider using Medela's reusable nursing pads or consulting a lactation consultant.
