Nearly all the sunscreen products approved by Yuka seem to be from Europe and nearly impossible to find in the USA. I was a little worried ordering from here but wanted the sunscreen. Usage Instructions:
1. Wash and dry your hands and nails thoroughly before using the file.
2. Hold the file firmly but gently between your thumb and index finger. 3. File your nails following their natural curve. Avoid sawing back and forth. 4. File in one direction only, from the outer edge towards the center of the nail. 5. Use gentle, even strokes to prevent damage and splitting. 6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each nail until you achieve your desired shape and length.
Recommended Frequency:
File your nails as needed to maintain your desired shape and length. Over-filing can weaken nails, so avoid daily filing unless absolutely necessary. Typically, filing once a week or every two weeks is sufficient.
Additional Tips:
