Directions for Use:

1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry before handling the earplugs. 2. Remove one earplug from its packaging. 3. Using the provided applicator (green or yellow cylinder), place the earplug on the smaller end of the applicator, ensuring it is securely positioned. 4. Gently pull your earlobe upwards and outwards to straighten the ear canal. 5. Carefully insert the earplug into your ear canal using the applicator. Do not push the earplug too deep. The earplug should comfortably seal the ear canal opening. 6. Remove the applicator by gently twisting and pulling it away from the earplug. 7. Repeat steps 2-6 for the other ear.

Recommended Frequency:

Use as needed when participating in activities where water may enter the ears, such as swimming, showering, or bathing.

Additional Tips:

1. Do not force the earplug into the ear canal. If you experience any pain or discomfort, remove the earplug and try again.
2. After use, remove the earplugs by gently pulling on the outer edge. Do not use sharp objects to remove the earplugs. 3. Wash the earplugs with mild soap and water after each use. Allow them to air dry completely before storing. 4. Store the earplugs in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. 5. Discard the earplugs if they become damaged or torn.
6. These earplugs are not intended for deep diving or other activities that involve significant water pressure.
