Nearly all the sunscreen products approved by Yuka seem to be from Europe and nearly impossible to find in the USA. I was a little worried ordering from here but wanted the sunscreen. Recommended frequency: The Enna Cycle Menstrual Cup can be worn for up to 12 hours. Empty and rinse the cup at least twice a day. Sterilize the cup before and after each cycle.
