Nearly all the sunscreen products approved by Yuka seem to be from Europe and nearly impossible to find in the USA. I was a little worried ordering from here but wanted the sunscreen. Directions for Use: 1. Peel off the adhesive backing from the wings (if applicable). 2. Position the pad lengthwise in the center of your underwear. 3. Press firmly to secure the adhesive to your underwear. 4. For winged pads, fold the wings around the edges of your underwear and press firmly.
