Directions for Use:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly.

2. Fold the Ziggy Cup: There are several folds you can try, such as the "C-fold" or "Punch-down fold". Experiment to find what works best for you.

3. Insert the cup: While sitting or squatting, relax your pelvic floor muscles. Gently insert the folded cup rim first, aiming towards your tailbone. The cup should sit completely below your cervix.

4. Ensure proper placement: Once inserted, rotate the cup 360 degrees to ensure it has fully opened and created a seal against your vaginal walls. You should not feel the cup once it's in place.

5. Removal: Wash your hands thoroughly. Sit or squat comfortably. Reach inside and hook your finger under the rim of the cup to break the seal. Gently pull the cup down and out, keeping it upright to avoid spills.

6. Empty and clean: Empty the contents of the cup into the toilet. Wash the cup thoroughly with warm water and a mild, unscented soap. Rinse well and ensure it is completely clean before reinserting.

Recommended Frequency:

The Ziggy Cup can be worn for up to 8 hours. Empty and clean the cup at least twice a day, or more frequently if needed depending on your flow.

Additional Tips:

Sterilization: Before first use and after each period, sterilize the Ziggy Cup by boiling it in water for 5-10 minutes. You can also use Intimina's Ziggy Cup Wash for daily cleaning.

Lubrication: If you experience difficulty inserting or removing the cup, use a water-based lubricant.

Trimming the stem: If you find the removal ring uncomfortable, you can trim it slightly. Be careful not to cut into the base of the cup.
