Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and remove the protective cover. 3. Locate the string at the end of the tampon. 4. Depending on your comfort, you can choose to sit on the toilet, squat, or stand with one leg raised. 5. Gently insert the tampon into the vagina using your index finger, aiming towards your lower back. 6. Push the tampon in until your finger is completely inside the vagina and you can no longer feel the applicator. 7. The string should remain outside the vagina. 8. Wash your hands again.

Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours. Do not use a tampon for more than 8 hours. Choose the lowest absorbency suitable for your flow.

Additional Tips: For easier insertion, especially for first-time users, try relaxing your muscles. If you experience any discomfort or resistance, try changing your position. If you still have difficulty, consult a healthcare professional.
Using a tampon with a higher absorbency than needed can increase the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). Always choose the lowest absorbency that manages your flow. Be sure to remove the last tampon at the end of your period.
Familiarize yourself with the symptoms of TSS, which include sudden high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle aches, dizziness, and a sunburn-like rash. If you experience any of these symptoms while using a tampon, remove it immediately and seek medical attention. Always use a fresh tampon each time and never reuse one.
