Remove the protective backing paper. 5. Apply the plaster firmly to the skin, avoiding wrinkles or tension. 6. Smooth the plaster down to ensure good adhesion.
Recommended Frequency: Change the plaster as needed, typically every 24-48 hours, or sooner if it becomes soiled or loose. Inspect the skin regularly for any signs of irritation.
Additional Tips: For sensitive skin, consider applying a thin layer of protective barrier cream before applying the plaster.
