Nearly all the sunscreen products approved by Yuka seem to be from Europe and nearly impossible to find in the USA. I was a little worried ordering from here but wanted the sunscreen. The process was so easy. The item was shipped super fast and shipping status was updated a lot. The shipping charges are very reasonable. Directions for Use: 1. With clean hands, roll the earplug into a thin, tight cylinder. 2. Reach over your head with one hand and pull up and back on the outer ear with your free hand. 3. Insert the rolled earplug into your ear canal. 4. Hold the earplug in place for 20-30 seconds while it expands to seal the ear canal. 5. Repeat with the other earplug.
Recommended Frequency: Use a new pair of earplugs each time you need hearing protection. Discard after use. Do not reuse.
Additional Tips: For optimal protection, ensure a proper seal. If the earplugs do not fully expand or feel loose, remove and reinsert a new pair.
