Instructions for Use:
1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling the earplugs. 2. With clean hands, roll the earplug firmly between your thumb and forefinger into a narrow cylinder. 3. Pull the ear up and back gently with your free hand to straighten the ear canal. 4. Quickly insert the rolled earplug into the ear canal, holding it in place until it expands and seals the ear opening. 5. Repeat the process for the other ear.
Recommended Frequency:
Use as needed when swimming, bathing, participating in water sports, or when desiring noise reduction for rest or sleep. Discard after each use.
Additional Tips:
For optimal performance: Ensure the earplug is fully inserted and creating a proper seal. Do not push the earplug too deeply into the ear canal.
For hygiene: Always use clean, dry hands when handling the earplugs. Do not reuse earplugs. Discard after a single use.
For comfort: If you experience any discomfort, remove the earplug and try reinserting it. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.
For children: Adult supervision is required for use by children. Keep out of reach of small children.
