Nearly all the sunscreen products approved by Yuka seem to be from Europe and nearly impossible to find in the USA. I was a little worried ordering from here but wanted the sunscreen. Directions for Use: 1. Gently blow your nose to clear any obstructions. 2. Remove the protective cap from the nasal spray. 3. Tilt your head slightly forward. 4. Insert the nozzle into one nostril. 5. Press the pump firmly and quickly while inhaling gently through your nose. 6. Repeat in the other nostril. 7.
