Nearly all the sunscreen products approved by Yuka seem to be from Europe and nearly impossible to find in the USA. I was a little worried ordering from here but wanted the sunscreen. Directions for Use: 1. Shake the bottle well before each use. 2. Open your mouth wide. 3. Position the nozzle towards the back of your throat. 4. Press the pump to deliver one spray to the back of the throat. 5. For best results, aim the spray towards the soft palate and uvula area. 6. Avoid inhaling during application. 7. Do not swallow immediately after application. Allow the formulation to coat the throat tissues. 8. Close the bottle tightly after each use.
Recommended Frequency: Use Snoreeze Spray once daily, just before going to bed. If snoring persists, a second spray can be used after 30 minutes.
Additional Tips: For optimal results, avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after application.
