How to use
The set consists of:
- Enna Fertility gel: helps sperm survival, motility and viability and improves the vaginal microbiota for a favourable environment.

How do I use it?
Apply enna fertility gel (2ml) into the vagina every day between days 11 and 17 of your period in the evening.
Make love until the man ejaculates.
After ejaculation, apply 2 ml of enna fertility gel into the vagina again. Gently insert enna fertility cap deep into the vagina with your finger.
Keep the enna fertility cap in the vagina for at least 20'.
Pull the string out of the enna fertility cap. The cap will rotate and lose pressure to come out easily.

Directions for Use:
