Nearly all the sunscreen products approved by Yuka seem to be from Europe and nearly impossible to find in the USA. I was a little worried ordering from here but wanted the sunscreen. Directions for Use: 1. After brushing, measure 10ml of Lacer™ Fluoride 0.2 Strawberry Mouthwash into a measuring cup (not included). 2. Rinse mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Expectorate the mouthwash after rinsing. 5. Do not rinse with water immediately after use to allow the fluoride to remain in contact with the teeth for longer.
Recommended Frequency: Use twice daily, after morning and evening brushing, for optimal results.
