Directions for use: 1. Measure out 15ml of Parodontax Extra Alcohol Free Mouthwash. 2. Rinse around your mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds. 3. Do not swallow. 4. Expectorate the mouthwash after rinsing. 5. Do not rinse with water immediately after use.
Recommended frequency: Use twice daily after brushing, preferably in the morning and evening.
Additional tips: For optimal results, use Parodontax Extra Alcohol Free Mouthwash in conjunction with a Parodontax toothpaste.
Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after using the mouthwash.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your dentist or doctor.

This product is not suitable for children under 12 years of age unless advised by a dental professional.
Important: This mouthwash contains 0.2% chlorhexidine digluconate. Prolonged use may cause temporary staining of the teeth, tongue, and some restorative materials.
