For interdental cleaning, gently insert the brush head between your teeth and move it back and forth. 6. Use the two speed settings as needed: high speed for removing plaque and low speed for gentle cleaning and gum massage. 7. Follow the 2-minute timer and the 30-second quadrant timer for optimal brushing. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly after brushing. 9. Rinse the brush head under running water and allow it to air dry.
Recommended Frequency: Use the Waterpik Replacement Inter Sensonic SR100 brush head twice daily, morning and night, for two minutes each time, following the built-in timer.
Additional Tips: 1. Replace your brush head every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed or worn. 2. For optimal oral health, consult your dentist regularly. 3. Do not apply excessive pressure while brushing, as this can damage your gums. 4. If you experience any discomfort or irritation, discontinue use and consult your dentist. 5. Store the brush head in a clean, dry place when not in use. 6. The recharge indicator light will illuminate when the handle needs charging.
