Nearly all the sunscreen products approved by Yuka seem to be from Europe and nearly impossible to find in the USA. I was a little worried ordering from here but wanted the sunscreen. Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the Lacer™ Junior Toothbrush. 2. Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. 3. Gently brush all tooth surfaces using short, circular motions. 4. Brush the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of each tooth. 5. Pay special attention to the gum line and back molars. 6. Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 8. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly after each use and allow it to air dry upright in a holder. 9. Replace the toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, for at least two minutes each time, preferably after meals.
