I love this product. It helps me heal fast, is more discreet, and is much more hygienic. Definitely worth it. It's also thinner than other brands so it's much less noticeable. You can put lipstick on the top too to cover it up.

Nearly all the sunscreen products approved by Yuka seem to be from Europe and nearly impossible to find in the USA. I was a little worried ordering from here but wanted the sunscreen. How to use COMPEED® Invisible Cold Sore patch
You can use the cold sore patch at any stage of an outbreak. However, it is best to apply at the first sign of an outbreak - usually a tingling or itching sensation. Wash your hands before and after applying the COMPEED® cold sore patch. COMPEED® cold sore patches should be used 24 hours a day until the sore is healed* . A patch will naturally detach after approximately 8 hours and should then be replaced with a new one. Don’t remove the patch because you want the sore to ‘breathe’. This is actually counter-productive and can lengthen the healing* process. Directions for Use:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before and after applying the patch. 2. Apply the patch at the first sign of a cold sore (tingling, itching, burning).
3. Ensure the affected area is clean and dry before application. 4. Peel off one patch from the backing sheet, avoiding touching the adhesive side. 5. Carefully center the patch over the cold sore, ensuring complete coverage. 6. Gently press the patch onto the skin to secure it in place. 7. Leave the patch in place for approximately 8 hours, or until it begins to detach naturally.
Recommended Frequency:
Apply a new patch as soon as the previous one detaches. Continue using the patches 24 hours a day until the cold sore is completely healed. This typically takes several days.
Additional Tips:
1. Do not remove the patch prematurely, even if you feel the need to let the sore "breathe." The patch creates an optimal healing environment and protects against further contamination.
